Scott Dietrich, named Showman of Year at the Millennium Magic Convention, is recognized as one of Ontario’s foremost Magicians. Linking Ring columnist Elizabeth Warlock writes, "Scott Dietrich’s flawless technique combined with superb stagecraft cannot fail to take him to great heights…” Recently voted Best Birthday Party by the Readers of City Parent Magazine, one of Canada’s largest parenting publications; Scott specializes in Children’s Entertainment, delivering fun and excitement to children of all ages. “…. It’s an escape. With magic I’m able to create a place where people can leave their day to day lives behind, suspend their disbelief and dream again…” On television, Scott appeared in "Break the Ice With Magic” highlighted on Toronto Television’s "Last Call” with Roz and Billy. Earlier this year, Scott was featured on a special episode of Arrested Design on the W Network, where he takes a magic enthusiast through a crash course in illusion. Other
television appearances include Romper Room, The Shopping Channel,
CKCO television and most recently, Breakfast Television. In
addition to his work as a performer, Scott is a lecturer and
workshop leader for The Learning Annex and WizardTech Incorporated.
